I designed and implemented a structured data collection system using Zoho Forms to support multiple business workflows, including lead capture, client intake, qualification, and order processing.

Developed a suite of custom forms such as website inquiry forms, lead qualification forms (integrated with WhatsApp and SalesIQ), client discovery forms, and service request submissions. Each form was organized with clear naming conventions and aligned to specific stages of the customer journey to ensure consistency and scalability.

Configured data handling and integration with other Zoho applications to enable seamless lead capture, centralized data management, and improved response tracking. This system streamlined internal processes, reduced manual data entry, and enhanced the overall efficiency of managing client information across departments.
